1. When should I expect my order?
Standard DeliveryOrder usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).
You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
2. When will I be receiving my credit?
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
3. How do I return an item?
Warranty and ReturnsMost Products include a 10-day money-back guarantee. Please see the manufacturer's warranties listed below or call microtechpos.com for warranty information. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by us. RMA numbers are only issued upon our approval to return the item. RMA numbers are issued within 10 days of sale. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. NO RETURNS on special order or discontinued items. Replacement of equal value may be made available for defect special order or discontinued merchandise.
