Payment Options
Thru Pay-pal's secure ordering we accept:Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Make sure to enter your complete account number and
expiration date. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.

Money Order, Certified Check
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash. (Only available
through our phone system). Only for shipments in the Continental U.S.
Order Tracking
Track your order with UPS Online tracking tool. Click here to track your package. Orders placed with FREE ground shipping please allow 3 - 7 business days for in stock items.
Warranties/Damaged/Defective
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
Order Cancellation
In order to keep our prices so low, orders not cancelled on the same day they are placed before 5:00 pm EST will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Warranty and Returns
Most Products include a 10-day money-back guarantee. Please see the manufacturer's warranties listed below or call Discount Cables Direct for warranty information. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by us. RMA numbers are only issued upon our approval to return the item. RMA numbers are issued within 10 days of sale. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. NO RETURNS on special order or discontinued items. Replacement of equal value may be made available for defect special order or discontinued merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.

To receive full credit all products must 1) be returned in their original packaging,
2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh
condition. All products must be returned double boxed. If a product shows signs that the entire product and
packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to
the customer. A restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the returned items:
* Up to 20% of the purchase price may be charged as a restocking fee. Actual fee will vary depending on the
product being returned.
Priority Shipping
We will gladly accommodate any priority shipping requirements, such as Next Business
Day, 2nd Business Day, 3rd Business Day, Saturday, etc. Place your order before 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday,
and your order will be shipped that day, signed reciept may be required for new customers or large purchases.
This reciept must be faxed back to us by 3:00 pm EST as well. Overseas shipping is also available, call us for more
details.
2nd Business Day Delivery Available in the continental US & Canada only.
Next Business Day Delivery (by the end of the business day in most areas) Available in the continental US and Canada
only.
Saturday Delivery (most areas) available on orders placed between 4:30 pm Thursday and 4:30 pm Friday in the
continental US.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.

All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

Backorder Policy
Occasionally a backorder will happen, even with our large inventory. Once in a while, the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If cross-referencing is not an option, you may have to wait for a part. Note: Due to variations in manufacturer shipping times, active backorders are kept open for a maximum of 90 days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time, the backorder will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order or substitute a similar item. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your entire order, every time.
Text, Pricing & Photography
Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice.
We display our products in various shopping comparison sites whose prices may not be up to date. We provide them the
necessary price updates but cannot control the time it takes for them to post our price changes or any stock
information. For this reason there may be a delay in accurate pricing from these shopping comparison sites and stock
levels. Images used in the product section and throughout our site may not be the same color size or shape as the
item you are purchasing.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price
error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price,
if you wish to do so.
